The Secret to a Great Steak


Sourced from the finest Highland cattle, we buy our steaks from Aubrey Allen, a butchers that built it’s reputation on the quality of it’s beef. Using traditional and thoughtful cooking processes we take great care to deliver delicious and tender steaks every time.

Our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 28 days in special dry ageing chambers, we get all our meat from one of the best butchers in the UK.

Wood and charcoal make up the foundations of our cooking. We grill our steaks in the Josper oven so that the meat is tender and full of flavour, taking on that subtle smokiness.

Then we let it rest.
