Homemade: Apple Crumble

175g Brown sugar
250g Plain flour
1.5kg Bramley apples
150g Caster sugar
Mix all crumble ingredients together gently.
Line an oven tray with parchment paper and place crumble mix on top
Bake crumble mix for 20 mins at 180c
Remove from oven and lightly smash mix up, then leave to cool
Peel, de-core and chop apples
Place 75g butter into a sauté pan on medium heat and melt
Once butter has melted, add the apples and sugar, cook for 5-6 minutes until apple is tender
Place apple mixture into a pie dish and top evenly with crumble mix
Bake at 180c for 12 minutes
Serve with custard, ice cream or both
